The current and founder Chair of Firstport Barry has coached and worked with senior management in the US and the UK with clients from start up and growth businesses since 1985. He is also a founder trustee of Scotland UnLtd - distributing funds to individual social entrepreneurs throughout Scotland, a trustee of Columba 1400, a leadership centre on the isle of Skye and a trustee of Mercy Corps EU.

Based in Fife, Tracey is employed as the Learning Manager in BRAG Enterprises - one of Fife's largest established social enterprise. Currently coordinator of Scotland's only School for Social Entrepreneurs and offering training, support and advice in many aspects of social enterprise.

Based in Inverness, Lorna has extensive experience working in the social enterprise sector in the Highlands. Previous work has included being a Director at the Community Action Network Highlands and Islands and worked for the Community Land Unit at Highland and Islands Enterprise. She is also a tutor for the Social Enterprise Academy.

Jackie is Co-Founder, Executive Director of Recycle Fife, a social enterprise in Fife set up in June 2003 to reduce waste going to landfill and create employment, traning and volunteering opportunities. She is currently employed by Recycle Fife as Development Director and previously worked as an Adviser with Citizens Advice & Rights Fife a position held for 9 years.

Neil is the newly appointed CEO of the Social Enterprise Academy, providing training and coaching to the social enterprise sector. Just prior to joining The Academy, Neil, supported by a Scotland UnLtd award, set up Quit&Save, a social enterprise which helps people stop smoking in the way that suits an individual's learning style. Previous work experience came from the private sector, where Neil set up and ran an IT Consultancy before embarking on an MBA at Stirling University.

Shelley currently works for Perth & Kinross Council as Economic Development Officer. After graduating from the University of Abertay Dundee in 2004 with an honours degree in Economics Shelley started working for Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs as a Revenues Officer where she worked on developing the tax credits system. In 2006 she started working for Perth & Kinross Council as an Economic Development Officer where she has been heavily involved in the Social Economy Partnership and Social Enterprise development.

Rodney trained as an economist, initially specialising in accounting and business finance but later switching to economic development policy and practice. His early work experience was in the Third World but since 1973 has worked on a wide range of local economic development, community enterprise and corporate social responsibility issues. In 1981 he co-founded the Centre for Employment Initiatives (subsequently renamed CEI Consultants Ltd.) and from 1985 to 1988 was based in New York City building up the company’s US subsidiary through consultancy contracts with major private, public and non-profit clients.

Aidan joined Senscot in 2002 and is responsible for co-ordinating Senscot`s activities on a day to day basis. In particular, Aidan oversees Network Development and the Development of New Services.
