Feedback & Complaints

We aim to provide excellent customer service to all our customers which is why we welcome feedback, including complaints. It is vital to improving our service as we understand that occasionally things can go wrong in our dealings.

If you feel you have a complaint about the service you have received and you wish you submit a formal complaint in writing, please email feedback@firstport.org.uk  with details of the incident. All complaints go directly to our Executive Director and you will receive an acknowledgement within 12 working days.  To find out more about our Complaints Procedure, click here.
