Clifton Road Project – Aberdeen
Profile
The Project provides residential accommodation for 10 residents aged 16–21 years. The aim of the programme is to offer young people the opportunity to gain confidence, self-worth and the practical skills needed for successful resettlement. Through support and planned preparation, young people living in the Project will be more likely to take a positive route to self sufficiency. They will move into the community confidently equipped with the necessary skills to contend with difficulties in a mature way, secure in the knowledge that support will increase or decrease to suit each individual, allowing them to lead their chosen lifestyle coping with both failure and success.
