Children in the Highlands Information Point (CHIP) – Inverness
Profile
CHIP was set up as a telephone helpline, though e-mail, postal enquiries and callers to the office are welcome. We have information about any services available to children with special needs and their families in the Highlands, for example: Information about Conditions, Support groups, Funding, Benefits, Holidays, Respite, Equipment etc. CHIP also produces a quarterly newsletter and a Parent Information Pack both of which are freely available to anyone that requests. This service is also available for professionals working with children with all kinds of special needs.
