The Forest Cafe is a self-funding, not-for-profit arts café and exhibition space, run and staffed by a collective of volunteers
our aim is to provide a non-exclusive community space; all our events are free and open to everyone
there are events happening most nights from live music to quizís, political discussions to films - sometimes all at once
each month we host an exhibition of local or international artists
we offer free internet broadband access in a chilled environment
all this without funding by the National Lottery Fund or Scottish Arts Council as you might expect, but by our tasty vegetarian café
