Using the materials of the Pacific Institute, this programme works to systematically raise the confidence and self-esteem of members of the Coalfield communities. Applying the programmes detailed below in a consistent way opens up opportunities for a whole community approach to raising aspirations and building capacity.
Main Services:
Investment in Excellence - the core programme for individual and organised growth.
STEPS to Excellence - for adults of all ages and ability levels who are not in an organisational setting.
Breakthrough to Excellence for young people aged 14-18 years.
Additional materials have now been developed to work with 5-13 year olds.
