East Ayrshire Works This is an intermediate labour market project for individuals who are long term unemployed and aged 18-24 years. It is a 52-week programme mixing work experience with SVQ and on the job training. Trainees receive a real wage with additional support in the areas of childcare and travel assistance where appropriate.
