The Community Centre in Grantown on Spey has a Youth Drop-in facility and lots of clubs. We are aiming to have a youth enquiry service up and running within the next few weeks with confidential advice on contraception, education opportunities, careers advice, alcohol and drug abuse, national helplines, health and issues affecting young people. We have a Youth Committee, who help plan events, activities and develop the centre for all youth users. Our next project is to start a roller hockey team and our next trip away will be Snowboarding at Cairngorm, it's all go! We are keen to start Youth exchange with other drop in centres or youth clubs, especially in our area, but further afield too!
