NORC-CELT is the umbrella group for Skerray Historical Association, Skerray Studio, Skerray Shop and Garden Centre. It also co-ordinates the bulk buying of animal feeds for local crofters. In addition, a community office has been established that provides computer, photocopier, phone/fax services to the local community. The Community Enterprise is also negotiating a management agreement for the Borgie Forest via the North Sutherland Community Trust.
