Notes

Local Exchange Trading Systems (LETS) are local, non-profit networks for trading all kinds of goods and services without money. LETS members earn credits by doing, for example, childcare or computer work for other members of the network, and spend them on food, hiring equipment, or getting the house decorated. The credits they earn are interest-free and direct exchange is not necessary. AIMS To involve people with mental health problems in local exchange trading and provide therapeutic work programme.
