Profile
The project helps long-term unemployed (especially SIP residents) by managing their free access to employers' internal training courses (eg fork-lift truck driving), thus providing training and experience with an employer. It raises confidence, up-dates skills and connects participants to work-related networks. The project is highly flexible and operates on an 'as and when' basis.
