The Langholm Initiative is a local economic and community development agency, formed through a partnership of the private, public and voluntary sectors. The Initiative are developing a wide range of sustainable projects, including environmental improvements, addressing river pollution, developing local walks, events (e.g. Food Festival, Music and Arts Festival), transnational projects and IT / video conferencing facilities.
