The Intergenerational Volunteering Projects (IGVP) aim is to bring the generations toigether through volunteering. We try to place older volunteers (over the age of 50) where there are young people eg schools, youth clubs, nurseries etc and also try to place young people (under 25) where there are older people eg nursing homes etc. We also promote volunteering from home for people who cannot get out for whatever reasons.
