SPARC connects with people and 'communities' in imaginative and creative environments to enable communication and fulfilment of their potential.
In order to meet our vision, SPARC delivers a variety of different creative activities to inspire and encourage people of all ages to engage with arts and culture.
The activities are delivered in local communities, with local input to decrease the number of disadvantaged people not participating in culture; with the ambition to impact on the barriers they face relating to access and perception of the arts.
