The main aim of the Initiative is to work in partnership with all Community groups, that they may strenghten their capabilities and efficiency through accessing a quality programme of training.
The Initiative offers training events to support the growing needs of Community groups throughtout Aberdeenshire. In addtion to this main function, the Initiative will also be able to a link up service between users and external training agencies.
