Quit&Save is a Social Enterprise which aims to empower people to stop smoking and sustain a tobacco-free life. We believe that at the very heart of smoking cessation is education and personal development in accessible forms. Conquering a cigarette addiction in the correct manner is a liberating and empowering experience that combined with the elements of personal education can have a powerful and positive effect on all of life. Quit&Save works with two completely different groups of smokers. We function on a commercial basis for organisations who ask us to run our cessation programmes for the benefit of their employees. Sometimes it is offered as an 'office perk', unusual maybe but good business sense when you count up the personal gains each employee can enjoy and then feed back into the organisation. We also work within local deprived communities, where we believe the impact of smoking is particularly destructive to people's lives. The financial surplus from our commercial work enables us to set up 'clinics', which are in fact quit smoking clubs run by the community itself. We then provide those attending the clubs with the skills and support they need to make this real change in their lives.
