FWP operates four turbines with a capacity of 750kW. The company is owned by three partners: Ekopia Ltd. a 'community benefit' IPS; Caledonia Renewable Energy Co-operative, part of the Energy4All group; and NFD Ltd. the trading arm of the Fidhorn Foundation, a charitable trust. Most of the electricty generated is used on the Findhorn Ecovillage site, which is now a net exporter of electricity.
