Broch Builders is a social enterprise set up by Broadcairn Community Fund in collaborattion with Fraserburgh North Residents Association in 2006 to provide employment and skills opportunities for disadvantaged people in north Aberdeenshire. The self-financing enterprise matches older people with experience and skills with younger people needing support to develop themselves in the property maintenance, building and landscaping trades. Broadcairn Community Fund is a Landfill Communities Fund (landfill tax) organisation which seeks to invest in the social economy where landfill tax rules allow.
