TIGHRA is an organisation that supports and promotes tenant participation in the provision of housing services throughout the rural areas of Scotland. we do this by providing information, advice and training on housing issues and personal and group development. we have a resource library for members, and also provide cost-effective consultancy services for tenants and landlords. Membership is open to individuals, tenants' groups and landlords.
