Footprint Consulting Limited is an ethical enterprise, bound by its memorandum of association to promote ecological sustainability and social justice through personal and organisational development. We generally work closely alongside clients' staff to share and apply our particular expertise and insights, including: Research & Appraisal: Assessing social, environmental and economic impacts; carbon and ecological footprinting; analysing competitors and markets; and appraising options through the lens of sustainability. Engagement & Communication: Catalysing culture change; developing training resources; engaging stakeholders; reporting environmental and social performance; green and ethical marketing and brand support. Policies & Systems: Supporting strategic planning; developing policies and procedures; and integrating sustainability thinking into corporate culture and management processes. Product Development: Developing new and existing products and services that deliver greater environmental, social and economic benefit. Mentoring: One to one sustainability and culture change mentoring for key staff to develop greater clarity and vision; explore creative approaches to breakthrough barriers; and access expert knowledge and insight.
