The lead consultant is Wendy Inglis Humphrey, a senior Project Manager with particular experience applying Project Management processes to a wide range of projects, especially in the context of innovation / improvement. She has a proven track record in running feasibility studies, leveraging partnerships, planning and managing new projects, organising events, developing / managing portfolios and managing business change across science, the creative industries, research and business. Social enterprises are a key client group for Otocos, either to manage projects directly or to work with your staff to develop their skills. Our standards are high, we are very reliable and carry out all our work with an extraordinary level of attention to detail.
