The Ethical Property company work to strengthen the social change sector by supporting organisations and individuals making a significant contribution to the development of a sustainable environmental and a more just and equitable society. We support innovative and progressive organisations working for social change by taking care of their property needs. We own and run 15 centres as focal points of social change, and organisations in our centres benefit from favourable rents, flexible and sympathetic management and facilities designed to meet their needs. Organisations also become part of a working community where they can exchange skills and ideas under one roof. We also offer property management and IT services on a contract basis.

The Ethical Property Company offers individuals and institutions the chance to make a uniquely ethical investment. The Company’s investors gain the security of a property based investment as well as one that achieves lasting social change. The company has paid an annual dividend for the last ten years – three pence per share between 2000 and 2004 rising to 3.25 pence in 2005 and thereafter.
