We do the work with you and for you, specialising in the following services; Feasibility studies, Researching business ideas, Preparing business plans, Developing trading arms, Grant and loan applications, Financial planning and systems, Marketing strategies, Project management, Facilitation and Organisational reviews. Community Enterprise has been providing business support for over 18 years. Community Enterprise training is designed to develop better business skills. We deliver training through one-on-one coaching, small group sessions and seminars. We have a range of fully developed courses but can also tailor make them to meet your individual needs. The Community Enterprse team is made up of four business and community experts who provide consultancy and training to help you find sustainable ways of delivering your work. Set up in 1988, Community Enterprise has been deliverying business support for over 18 years. At Community Enterprise, we mix business and community experience with heaps of common sense and a positive attitude to help you find ways to move your organisation forward. Operating throughout Scotland we deliver consultancy and training services and advice on loans and grants. Community Enteprise is partly subsidised so that organisations can access our services, at no cost to them, through funding and contracts from EQUAL, Coalfields Regeneration Trust and Social Investment Scotland. In addition, all the profits from Community Enterprise’s consultancy work go towards this subsidy too.
