HomeAid Caithness is a local, community-led furniture recycling project which assists low-income families and individuals in our community to access essential household items. Good quality household items are donated to the charity by the general public who no longer need nor want them and are then redistributed to low-income groups who are referred to us by accredited agencies.

Homead Caithness exists to provide essential household furniture and electrical items to people in caithness and sutherland who are struggling to survive on a low income and would not be able to furnish their homes or replace items without our assistance. Homeaid is a reuse project, diverting a significant amount of furniture and domestic appliances away from landfill every year. Homeaid's work is a simple and effective way of benefiting the environment whilst supporting the most vulnerable members of our communities.
