Notes
The Northview Project Group formed following an open meeting on 28 February 2002 called by local people with an idea to preserve Northview as a community asset.
This development seeks to:
create a not-for-profit community run organisation to secure the site in community ownership for future generations,
create sustainable local employment and training opportunities
bring forward the local sustainability agenda,
create a focal point for community enterprise,
enhance the capacity of the voluntary sector in Moray.
And in so doing give a social, environmental and economic benefit across Elgin and Moray.
