Johnny & Hilda aim to establish both a social enterprise and a private enterprise chain of fast food outlets only specializing in healthy eating foods. The social enterprise chain would have the same branding as the private one but be based in schools, community centres and FE colleges. The private chain would be High street based. The social enterprise would be constructed to be non-profit distributing only re-investing in further healthy eating developments
