The Community Help & Advice Initiative (CHAI) provides a range of social welfare and housing support services to the community in South and West Edinburgh. A voluntary organisation, with charitable status, registered with the Care Commission as a housing support provider. Services include support to families and young people, older people and vulnerable adults and people who have substance misuse issues. Also provides an Advice Service and a Furniture Recycling Service.
