The East Lothian Positive Parenting Forum began in January 1998 when CHANGES East Lothian Community Health Project brought together local parents and representatives from health, education, social and community services working with families in East Lothian. The aim was for all to gain a greater understanding of the needs of parents and help stimulate new ways of supporting parents in the community.
