Profile
To provide the members with the opportunity to be involved in community based theatre.
To develop the skills of the group, by providing them with training in all aspects of the performing arts.
To liase with other community theatres and share experience, knowledge and skills.
To apply for relevant funding so as to continue the organisation on a long term basis.
To promote equal opportunities regardless of gender, race or religion.
Notes
G.Y.C.T. offers training in the performing arts for young people aged 9 - 18 (youth section) and adult group leading to performance. Drama Therapy is also offered as is training for organisations where the arts is seen as a way of offering therapeutic help for individuals experiencing difficulties.
