The more you understand your customers the more easily you will be able to approach them and bring in money for your enterprise. This course makes no apologies for having a straight business focus. This is more than just looking at PR and raising the profile of your work, it focuses directly on how marketing generates business and affects your cash flow in a positive way.
This workshop will help you identify:
• Who are your customers? Who would you like your customers to be?
• What need are you satisfying and how do you best sell to them?
• How to know and ask for what you want?
• How do you decide upon and negotiate price?
Without detailed and precise answers to these questions it will not be possible to develop your marketing strategy, or implement an effective sales and marketing plan.
By the end of the workshop, you will have a greater understanding of how to profile your target markets and customers, and the importance of fully understanding their needs. Once you've done this, and you are satisfied that you have confirmed your assumptions about their needs, you will be in a position to develop or fine tune your marketing proposition and promotional campaign to meet those needs precisely.
