Role: Chair
The current and founder Chair of Firstport Barry has coached and worked with senior management in the US and the UK with clients from start up and growth businesses since 1985. He is also a founder trustee of Scotland UnLtd - distributing funds to individual social entrepreneurs throughout Scotland and the Vice Chairman of Columba 1400, a leadership centre on the isle of Skye.

Shelley currently works for Angus Council. After graduating from the University of Abertay Dundee in 2004 with an honours degree in Economics, Shelley started working for Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs as a Revenues Officer. From 2006 to 2009 she worked for Perth and Kinross Council as Economic Development Officer making a significant impact on the Social Economy there. In 2009 she started working for Angus Council as a Strategy Officer where she has been involved in Employability, Performance Reporting and developing Social Enterprise.

Kevin has more than ten years experience designing and running business development, innovation and marketing projects. He most recently spent several years at not-for-profit innovation consultancy Space Unlimited. He is currently the business development and enterprise manager at Project Scotland.

Jackie is Co-Founder, Executive Director of Recycle Fife, a social enterprise in Fife set up in June 2003 to reduce waste going to landfill and create employment, traning and volunteering opportunities. She is currently employed by Recycle Fife as Development Director and previously worked as an Adviser with Citizens Advice & Rights Fife a position held for 9 years.

Neil is the CEO of the Social Enterprise Academy, providing training and coaching to the social enterprise sector. Just prior to joining The Academy, Neil, supported by a Scotland UnLtd award, set up Quit&Save, a social enterprise which helps people stop smoking in the way that suits an individual's learning style. Previous work experience came from the private sector, where Neil set up and ran an IT Consultancy before embarking on an MBA at Stirling University.

Aidan joined Senscot in 2002 and is responsible for co-ordinating Senscot`s activities on a day to day basis. In particular, Aidan oversees Network Development and the Development of New Services.

Based in Glasgow, Ayeshah Khan has been employed with PATH (Scotland) since August 2007. PATH (Scotland) is a charity organisation that addresses the issue of under-representation of black/minority ethnic communities in Housing, social work and related professions. Ayeshah previously worked in a staff development role with a Lanarkshire based charity that supported adults with a learning disability.

Callum has worked with various RSL’s for the past ten years of which nine was specifically working on developing wider role projects. Previously Callum had a construction based career in local government working in various roles.
As Depute Director of Community Links Scotland, Callum is responsible for the management of all wider role projects undertaken. Callum has particular strengths in partnership working and economic development projects and devotes much of his spare time to various voluntary positions
