The Growth Advisor is a brand new role that will provide hands-on, tailored support to a portfolio of organisations scaling up their business operations and social or environmental impact. The successful candidate will have experience in growing an enterprise or supporting growing enterprises, preferably in the social enterprise or impact-led businesses space, as well as a sound understanding of financial principles.
The day-to-day role involves providing detailed, practical knowledge across areas including growth planning, financial management, commercialisation and business development. Crafting growth support plans for potential investees and signposting organisations to other suitable sources of support is also an essential part of the role.
We are looking for an individual with previous experience in a client-facing role and a flexible and proactive mindset who can communicate complex information accessibly, whilst challenging, motivating and encouraging clients to achieve their goals.

About the interview process
The interview process will consist of two parts: A short, task-based activity followed by an interview with the interviewing panel. We will provide shortlisted candidates with the relevant information to prepare for both parts of the process.
