Carmen Paputa-Dutu – User Experience and Impact Manager
Carmen works to map the experience of our clients, as well as co-ordinating and standardising monitoring and evaluation processes.
Carmen first joined Firstport as the Social Innovation Challenge (SIC) Programme Manager in 2022, leading the iterative re-design of the programme. She now draws on her experience of service design and improvement methodologies to facilitate complex discovery projects, identifying opportunities for change and co-ordinating Firstport’s impact evaluation.
Before Firstport, Carmen worked to support digital health and care innovations, focusing on human-centred design and engagement. She also brings a passion for creative resilience and environmental sustainability to the role.
