It’s exciting to have been recognised by the national centres for diversity as one of the UK’s most inclusive workplaces in 2022. At number 28 in the top 100, this demonstrates how the effort our team has put in to embed the principles of equality, diversity and inclusion across the organisation and the importance of supporting not just our team, but also our clients. A big thanks to NCFD, our staff and stakeholders for supporting and encouraging a more inclusive workplace.

“I send my warmest congratulations to Firstport on successfully reaching number 28 in the Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces Index 2022. It’s been a challenging year and yet, it has not dented the excellent work that organisations and individuals do in promoting FREDIE best practice.

I am particularly proud that we celebrate excellent work across all sectors as these organisations are the future of the workplace in the UK.

We celebrate the exceptional work of people and organisations who have EDI running through their DNA. Let’s rejoice at this and build a better society.”
