Firstport make the top 100 most inclusive workplaces in 2023
We are pleased to announce that we reached number 39 in the National Centre For Diversity (NCFD)’s Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces Index 2023.
The NCFD promote and celebrate FREDIE (Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement).
The publication of the 2023 Top 100 Most Inclusive UK Workplaces is a platform to highlight and celebrate the remarkable achievements of everyone who has committed themselves to building inclusive cultures.

Driving diversity and improving access and inclusion is something we have been working hard on at Firstport.
We have made a lot of progress, as recognised by this award that we’re incredibly proud of, but we have big ambitions to do more. We know this is a journey with no end point and we will continue to prioritise diversity and inclusion in all our work and across all our programmes.
