Megan Veronesi – Head of Business Development and Innovation
Megan is responsible for growth, innovation and the design, development and management of new programmes across the Firstport Group.
Megan joined Firstport from a tech start-up in London, where she led the charity partnerships team. Before that, she specialised in designing innovative community-based health and social care services for charities, including Marie Curie and Terrence Higgins Trust. She has also ran an award-winning communications team.
Megan is Vice-Chair of social enterprise language school Lingo Flamingo and trustee of Edinburgh World Heritage. She is a volunteer and member of Changing the Chemistry.
Megan is passionate about supporting businesses to harness the opportunities of the digital age and champions the adoption of new tech and ways of working. She is also a champion of equality and diversity and won Employee of the Year in the National Diversity Awards 2021.
