Triple Tap Tech

The Triple Tap Tech is a social enterprise offering support and training in digital technology and developing skills from a visually impaired viewpoint.

The Triple Tap Tech is a social enterprise offering support and training in digital technology and developing skills from a visually impaired viewpoint. Fraser Fleming, founder of Triple Tap Tech, does this by holding one to one sessions and classes, which engage with people in the community, and teaches people how to adapt, and create, digital content suitable for those with visual impairment, as well as working to help the visually impaired access technology. He also holds information talks and open days, as well as visiting people in their own homes to provide his tech service. Fraser initially wanted to set up the Triple Tap Tech to try and react to the changing environment in both business and technology.

Fraser sort help from Just Enterprise to get some advice on how to set up his social enterprise in a way that best suited his ideas. Brian McMillan was instrumental in outlining the different ways in which Fraser could bring his ideas to life, and helped him explore all the various options available to him. Brian was able to answer every question that Fraser had, and offer essential support during his social enterprise journey.

Since seeking advice from Just Enterprise Fraser has gone on to secure funding to get Triple Tap Tech up and running. He aims to become the first stop for people, organisations and charities seeking advice about digital services from a visually impaired viewpoint, being the best at what they do across the UK.

Fraser decided to set up as a social enterprise:

We thought this would be the best way to freely develop our services and provide support and training across all technology from a visually impaired perspective. We also believe this gives us the best structure to react to the changing environment in both business and technology.

We plan to be the first stop for people, organisations and charities to come to for digital services from a visually impaired viewpoint. We will be the best in the UK at what we do.
