Jeremy Miles – Deputy CEO
Jeremy works across all operations at Firstport, where he supports the team, programme delivery and wider Firstport community.
Jeremy brings a depth of strategic leadership from his 25 years working at senior level. Working in the wider orbit of social impact business, Jeremy spent 21 years leading Edinburgh Bicycle Co-operative. He then went on to become Chief Operating Officer at a tech start up, and most recently supported the operational development and growth of Tigers Ltd a training company in Glasgow helping disadvantaged young people into work through vocational learning.
Jeremy has also held a number of board roles. He has recently been on the Board of Governors for West Lothian College and a trustee for The Ecology Centre, and is currently the Chair on the board for The Edinburgh Remakery.
