Innovation Workshop: New Product or Service Commercialisation for Social Enterprises’ 17th March 2020, (Edinburgh)

This interactive session is designed to introduce social enterprises to innovation. It will assist you in identifying ideas for new products or services most likely to maximise profits to benefit your organisation and social mission.

Innovation Workshop: People-centred change for organisational success in the social enterprise sector

(Two dates available)
17th February – Glenrothes
25th February – Motherwell

This practical 1 day workshop will help you explore three themes of People, Place and Practice.

  • People – what it means to have an engaged workforce and the benefits this will this bring to your business. We also look at how effective communication and development of staff can bring positive change.
  • Place – the culture you want your organisation to have and how your physical and virtual workspace can help.
  • Practice – workplace practices you can adopt to help foster creativity, productivity and growth

By the end of the session you will have at least 1 action / idea you can take away and develop in your own business.
