Our diversity and inclusion (D&I) framework sets out what we’re aiming to achieve, the areas we’re focusing on, and the practical steps we’ll take to create a more inclusive organisation.
This framework explains how we approach diversity and inclusion at Firstport. It’s designed for everyone who works with us, and gives a clear, shared understanding of how we will treat people fairly, remove barriers, and keep embedding D&I into everything we do and who we are.
