Firstport welcomes new Deputy CEO
Jeremy started his role at Deputy CEO in October.
We are excited to welcome Jeremy Miles, our new Deputy CEO, to the Firstport team. Jeremy is taking over the role from Gael Drummond who is now CEO.
Formerly, Jeremy was Director of Operations at TIGERS Ltd., an organisation that provides training to young people to find their way into work. He expanded the training and education services offer across local authorities and increased the commercial side of the business.
Alongside his role as Deputy CEO at Firstport, Jeremy is Chair on the Board of Trustees of The Edinburgh Remakery, an award-winning environmental social enterprise committed to diverting waste from landfill, building a stronger community, and promoting a culture of repair and reuse.
On joining Firstport, Jeremy said:
